3 days and counting

So, I have three days to go until my due date. I need everyone's prayers that I will go into labor on my own before next Monday. I have another scheduled dr. appointment next Monday, and it will be then if we decide to induce via pitocin, or schedule a c-section. I would rather not have to do either, so please pray for me!

The ideal situation would be for the baby to come after Thursday when my mom is here. That way, I won't have to stress about what to do with Logan. Tony will be able to have the week-end off from work, so he won't have to take off too much time, and my mom will be here to help! I do NOT want to be at church next Sunday. And my doctor is on call this week-end, so it would b perfect. That's my plan, anyway. We will see if the baby cooperates.

I don't have anything else to blog about today, so I will sign off for now.

I will be thinking of you Kerry. I really hope you get to go au natural! (I have no idea if that is correct spelling.) Childbirth is quite enough all by itself without added stress. But just keep your mind on what you ultimately get...a new little girl. And girls are so FUN! Do you have a name picked out? I've forgotten if you've told me already or not, or if you even had one that you liked. She will be sooo cute!! I can't wait to see her, and you gosh darn better get a picture on here as soon as possible after she's born, even if you make Tony post it. Can't wait. Good luck.

Thanks Kayli! We are going to name her Avery. It is my mom's maiden name, so it is a family name. I'm not just choosing it due to its growing popularity.I hope I have a picture to post by next week! We will see!

Good Luck! I know what you mean about not wanting to be at church after your due date. Everyone gives you this pathetic look and everyone asks about it - like you really want to think about the fact that you are past the due date! Anyway, one funny lady in my ward said when she saw me at church the week of my due date: "Glad to see you're still with us." It was funny.
