Coupon Shopping Trip #2

So, today I was at it again. I only went to two stores today. I went to Hen House again, and then Hy-Vee. I didn't go there last week. This was the fruit of my efforts.


The only items not pictured are the rotisserie chicken, and the case of bottled water.

Hen House: spent $21.62 saved $18.52.

7 items did not have coupons, but they were on sale.

Here is what I purchased.

4 cans of tomato sauce (no coupons)
2 pkgs. Jell-O
4 bottles Hunt's Ketchup
2 pkgs.Kraft marshmallows (no coupons)
2 4 lb.bags C&H sugar
3 jars Mt. Olive pickles (chips, spears and baby dills)
2 boxes Betty Crocker Supreme Brownie Mix
1 box Kool-Aid Singles
1 24 pack bottled water

Hy-Vee: spent $37.07

The receipt didn't print out my savings like other stores do, so I am not sure what I really saved with the coupons and sales amounts together. I figured out I saved around $17 using coupons, but not sure the difference between the sales price and reg. price, so I probably saved more.

I bought several more items here not using coupons again, but all items were on sale.

I didn't buy any produce, as we still have some from last week that we need to eat up. I think next week's shopping I need to focus on some household items. Let's hope there are some good sales!
